No. A flat rate plus — only above CHF 30,000 annual volume — 0.3 % on the portion above that. No setup fee; billed annually.
Do I have to install anything?
No. tarif590.ch runs in the browser — Mac, PC, Linux. Access from anywhere.
Is my data safe?
Your data is hosted in Switzerland and backed up automatically. Invoices are retrieved securely in the private patient area; the e-mail serves as the notification.
Which forms of therapy is it for?
For every method billed under Tarif 590 — from naturopathy to TCM.
What happens after the trial?
You decide. The trial ends automatically and costs nothing — no subscription is created. If you want to continue, you simply choose your package.
How does the 60-day money-back guarantee work?
It applies to the first purchase, not to renewals. The 60 calendar days start on the first day of your first paid licence. An informal e-mail to support@tarif590.ch by 23:59 Swiss time on day 60 is enough; no reason is required. We refund the full first invoice including additional therapist seats and VAT. Paid access ends once the refund has been processed.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid annual term. Your access stays active until then. Outside the 60-day money-back guarantee there is no pro-rata refund for the remaining term.
